Svayatta Forge builds open-source AI infrastructure that doesn't ask you to trust anyone else's servers. Every tool is Apache 2.0 and built by Charioteer Consulting Ltd.
Three rules every tool in the forge is held to.
Self-hosted by default. Where there is a hosted option, it's a convenience, never a requirement.
The full source is public under Apache 2.0, a licence that lets you use, modify, and ship it commercially.
Where a tool makes a claim, it comes with a way to verify the claim that doesn't depend on us.

Proof of what your AI agents did.
A gateway between an agent and its tools. Every call is checked against a grant a person signed and a Cedar policy, then forwarded or denied, and a signed receipt is issued either way. Receipts go into a tamper-evident Merkle log, and anyone with the public keys can verify them in the browser.

Large MoE models on ordinary machines.
Runs Mixture-of-Experts models such as GLM, DeepSeek, Qwen, and Kimi across a group of machines. Compute stays local; what moves is weights: content-addressed byte ranges of a GGUF file, found through gossip and verified against a Merkle manifest before use. One static binary with an OpenAI-compatible API.

Is the other party on the call an AI?
Analyses a phone, Google Meet, or Zoom call as it streams and gives each party a score for how agent-like it is, from how it takes turns (reply latency, yielding, backchannels) and whether its voice sounds synthetic.
